Hi, my name is Scott today I am sharing with you the most beautiful incident of my life which has been the happiest incident of my life so far. Our life is full of struggles. The lives of animals are even more full of struggles than ours. Similarly, a Labrador dog spent 2 years of his life chained to a tree. I have shared with you the story of love between me and that Labrador dog.
We got a call from a place and we reached there. We were told that a female dog had given birth to a 5 kg baby and she died as soon as she gave birth. As soon as we reached there an old woman was sweeping. Behind her, a Labrador dog attracted our attention a lot. He was jumping and jumping as if he wanted to call us.
First, we showed the lives of those five dogs who had become very weak due to not getting enough food. All of them were being taken care of by an old woman whose condition was such that she was not able to bear their expenses. When the old woman showed us she felt hope that Now his problems would be solved as if he had a lot of hope attached to us
After keeping those five dogs with us, we went to meet the chained Labrador. When we looked around, he was chained to the same tree for 2 years. The food he was fed was so bad that he was stinking due to the heat. The vessel in which he was given water had moss inside it.
But even then the Labrador dog raised both his legs as if he was saying something to us. He was so curious to see us as if he had some new hope. When we talked to the old lady sweeping nearby about why this dog is chained, the old lady told us that this dog belonged to her son.
Looking at the condition of the dog, we asked the old lady to buy the dog from us but the old lady refused to sell the dog. She said that the dog belonged to her son and she could not sell it. We took the puppies and came back home.
I was very worried about the condition of the Labrador dog because it was tied under a tree in such heat. If it continues like this, it will fall ill very soon. We could not wait and the next day we again went to meet the Labrador dog. It was very curious to see us as if it was calling us from a distance.
We called out to the old lady a lot but she was not there today. Then we asked her neighbors and they told us that she does not live here all the time. So, her neighbors used to feed the Labrador dog. After talking to the neighbors for some time, I came to know that this dog has two owners.
One owner was there and the other owner was the old lady’s son. We talked to the owner who was there and he agreed to sell the dog but the other owner was not there. The old woman had a son who did not live here. Then suddenly the old woman came. We talked to the old woman about whether she wanted to sell him. The old woman refused us again.
We then returned to our house. The next day we again went to meet her and took some dog food with us. When we fed the dog-dog food, it was probably eating dog food for the first time in its life. It ate the food with great enthusiasm and took the bowl in its mouth and started asking for it again as if it had been hungry for a long time.
After feeding the dog, we cleaned the area around it. The food that was given to it had started rotting a lot due to the heat. In such a situation, we cannot leave the dog with them for many days because if it keeps eating such food, it will fall ill very soon.
The next day when we went to meet the Labrador dog, we saw a chain tied to the tree below which was broken. After talking around, I came to know that there was another dog tied to this tree which died there due to illness. Once again we talked to the old woman and the old woman agreed to talk to her son.
We talked to the son of that old woman and the son of the old woman said that I will come and tell you. But after talking for a long time, we convinced the son of the old woman. Although the amount to be given was very high, it did not matter to this loving Labrador.
We paid the money and freed the Labrador from the chain with which it was tied for the last two years. We now named it Ed. Ed looked very happy after getting his freedom. His eyes were looking different due to happiness.
Then we brought him home in our car. After bringing him home, we bathed him. This was probably the first time he was bathing in his life. After bathing him we found out that he is not of yellow color, he is light white color. Now we gave Ad his own house. Now he was very happy with his house.
A New Beginning for Labrador Dog
After everything that transpired, freeing Ed was the most fulfilling experience of my life. The journey from seeing Ed chained and neglected to watching him enjoy his newfound freedom has been incredibly rewarding. It reminds me of the power of compassion and the difference we can make in the lives of animals who suffer in silence.
Ed’s story is a testament to resilience and the transformative impact of love and care. Seeing him flourish, from the moment he eagerly accepted his first proper meal to watching him explore his new home with joy, has been a profound journey. It wasn’t just about rescuing a dog; it was about giving him a second chance at life.
This experience has taught me about the struggles many animals face and the importance of stepping in when they cannot help themselves. Ed, once chained and forgotten, now has a loving home and a new lease on life. His happiness is a constant reminder of why we should always strive to do whaat we can to help those in need.
